That Exhibit Night.

This is one of those stories I wanted to share some weeks ago but life work took over. Despite being so tired today, I just had to find time. One, I promised by friend Joy I'll show her the photos. And two, Kaith called and said I haven't been blogging much.

That night was one of the most amazing nights. Not only because I was part of something noble (proceeds went to the Tsinelas Foundation), but also because Mom, Malou and Mimi were there with me.

Mom was so proud of me, she missed her friend's birthday party to be with me that night. She also treated me to dinner
(I wonder what she had to give up for that). Thank you, Mommy!

And then, these two wonderful people were there, too. The event didn't start on time, but they were very patient. They were my cheerleaders. I was so touched seeing them there, so proud of me.

Malou made yawyaw that she wasn't able to get all my postcards. That was so cute. And Mom and Mimi, I can't believe what they did. When Yowie asked if any of the photographers (who joined the exhibit) were around, they shouted my name many times, pointing at me. Imagine my surprise. Nauwaw ko. Haha.

Bands played. The Outpost was filled to the brim with people and art lovers. It was buzzing with excited, happy voices.

Photos were displayed all over the resto bar. And we took a table near the wall where my photograph was displayed.

Thank you Malou and Mimi. I owe you.

And to the people of Beyond Arts Sake (to Tin, most of all), thank you for inviting me to submit my photos.

And thanks to everyone who bought my postcards and those who supported the cause. Till the next one. =)

Hahaha! You are funny! But yes, I know I am loved. Wish you were there, Chel. There were lots of very talented photographers there.

Someday, we should do an exhibit together. =)
