That Humba Night.

This craving for Jane's humba started on the day she invited me to her beautiful home. I was very honored. She cooked for me. And I've been dreaming about that delish humba since that night I tasted it. LOL

Superkid Khandi greeted us with so much joy when we arrived. She was a darling the entire time I was there.

My favorite thing about that night, apart from the humba, was getting to know Jane (and her family) a little bit more. I enjoyed the conversation and the laughter so much, I wish I didn't have to leave. It was one of the few times I saw Jane talk and laugh a lot. She's almost always shy and silent when around many people. So it was such a treat.

Jane once texted me that she considers me a sister. I do consider her one, too. And every moment spent with her is an opportunity to nurture the sisterhood. =)

Thank you, Jane. That humba night at your lovely home was certainly one of my fave memories.

Hmmm, this pose reminds me of someone! LOL
