That Tuesday Shoot.

They always amaze me, people who are insanely rich and yet very down-to-earth. My client last Tuesday was exactly that -- he was born into privilege and yet, he is very grounded. No airs. No complaints. He was funny and kind and awesome. Fil was right, it's the noveau who are mayabang.

I watch rich people with a lot of fascination. Who wouldn't? They live in fancy houses and they lead such glamorous lives.

But it is character that impresses me. I admire people who, despite swimming in millions, are kind and simple and unpretentious and sensible.

The shoot commenced right after lunch. We literally had a laughing spree in between shots. He was funny in an intelligent kind of way. It was truly an easy, fun, happy shoot.

We took a coffee break after a couple of indoor shots. He personally made coffee for us. Iced coffee with malted milk -- this and UCC's chocolate coffee are the only two that I really like. I'm not a coffee drinker, that's why.

When the outdoor shoot ended, he showed us around their property. We had to ride a golf cart to do that. It felt almost like being in disneyland. Haha.

I was, still am, very grateful for that photoshoot. The client and his office and household staff were all so nice. And oh, they have a butler. How cool, no?

Cropped the first photo. Sorry, can't show you his face.
The photos I took of him will be in billboards and tarps in the coming months.
:)

Who says: "yung galing sa kahirapan ang siyang tutulong sa mahirap" (political slogan of a presidential candidate) is true? Somehow, I don't believe that. What I believe is that the real people who help the poor are the rich with kind hearts. Usually, "yung galing sa kahirapan, lalong nagpapayaman."

Unveil all of a sudden sounds such a big word to me. Haha. It's not a commercial/advert billboard ha. It's a political billboard. And I may never see it because it's just going to be in his district (which is about an hour or so from Metro Manila). But then, if I do see it, I will take photos of it. *grin*

Thank you, Chel. :)

Maybe, not all of them. In the end, it all boils down to character and conscience.

Re this presidentiable, he certainly won't get my vote. :P

Thanks, Jane. His billboards and tarps will on be in his district. This is not for a commercial/advert man. :)

I'll tell him about the hands. *grin*
