Meeting Ella.

I've been dreaming about meeting my godchild
since she was born two months ago. Her name is Ella.

Today, right after a quick meeting with Malou and Grace, I visited her.

She's only two months old, and look at those intelligent eyes.

She absolutely charmed me.

She's so adorable, she made me wish I had a child of my own.
I should've eloped when I was younger no? :D

I carried her and she smelled so good!
I can't wait for her to grow bigger though so I could hug her tight
and run around with her and teach her to write on walls.

I was both amazed and amused by Chelo's OC-ness.
I could actually see myself in her.
No one touches the baby without cleaning themselves with alcohol first.
I was exactly like that with my nephews and nieces.

This woman is admirable.
She gave birth without anaesthesia. Brave.
And she's a very hands-on Mom.
She cooked dinner for us tonight and my golly, the woman could cook!
I'm not a fan of steamed fish, but her version was really yummy!

She was very aware of the camera.
But dear Ella, this is not our photoshoot yet.
We'll have a real photoshoot when I visit you again in May
or June because by then, you'd be bigger.

Found these socks at the Rockwell Bazaar last Christmas.
It is called Almost Shoes.
I'm glad Chelo liked it. I hope Ella did, too.
