The Last Goodbye.

Fr Jimjim and Fr Tas during the Funeral Mass.
Aiana and Clark lighting candles.
Marching out of church.

Papa Tony cried while looking at Mama Fe. It was the most heartbreaking sight that day.
Me, giving the Eulogy and word of thanks. The 21 gun salute.

Holding/folding the flag. Handing the flag to my grandpa.

Trying to smile after the ceremony at the cemetery.

Going home and Binky giving Papa kisses. And my brother trying to make him smile.

5 left some love :

This moment, and that moment where he sat on a
wheelchair beside my grandma's casket --
were the most heartbreaking moments.

Thank you for always being here for me, Chel.

Hello Ate Ai,

Condolence once again to you and your family.I feel the pain you and your family is experiencing Ate Ai upon looking at the photos, especially that of your Lolo crying while watching your Lola..as in very heartbreaking and so nice of you to capture those moments Ate despite the ache you're feeling. Nakahilak ko diri Ate coz I remembered Papa's burial too..

Was your Lola a policewoman or a public servant ate, thus, the gun salute?kaisa paman gd ko naka witness ug gun salute, sa tiyo sa ahong mama na police..and wa koy idea kung kinsa pa ang maka avail ug gun salute.

No, she was not a policewoman. She was Lieutenant in the Army during the war. She was an Army Nurse. :)
