Lucky.

I am one of the lucky ones. I am able to do what I love for a living. In addition to that, I am also able to help others by teaching.

Teaching is giving me a lot of joy. I love to teach. These days, in my spare time, I've been writing photography workshop modules. I'm wondering what I should name it. It is a mixture of technical + creative + heart (because I believe that our work reflects who we are, assuming we are not copying another person). Someone once suggested I title it "Teaching the Heart of Photography."

I don't want to sound all too corny, but the modules I have drafted have a lot of connection between photography, life principles, and finding one's unique visual expression.

There are so many workshops out there so I am not even sure if I want to do this. I prefer to remain indie and teach in small, cozy, homey ambiance.

We'll see. I could change my mind next week. Who knows? I might just decide to be a writer. Or an interior designer. Or a full-time traveler. Or a hot fudge.

You already know a lot, Cinds! Your photos are outstanding! :)

Thank you. I don't like overprocessed photos, too (although it is quite tempting to overprocess photographs! ). :D

I would love to see you in action, too, because I always wonder how you do your portraits! :)

I'd love to join your workshop and the title I believe suits very well with your photography style.
