Wedding | Ces + Rogie.

Last Friday's bride, Ces, found me through our common friend, Gitz. She emailed me months ago and said (about the photos I took of Gitz's wedding), to quote: "loved the candid shots and how you captured the funny and tender moments during the wedding." Very heartwarming.

I met Ces and Rogie for the first time on their wedding day because they're based in Geneva (they both work for the UN. How cool is that?). Ces is so gentle and sweet. Rogie is so funny and talkative. Such a good mix, I think. And I adore their mothers! Ces and Rogie's moms were the sweetest!

It rained cats and dogs dinosaurs that day, we had to shoot indoors. We missed the fabulous gardens in all three venues and used what was available to us instead. Despite the gloomy weather, everyone's spirit was up. And it was, without doubt, such a beautiful wedding.

Sharing some images of the wedding. More photos over at Facebook.

Thank you, Ces and Rogie! Best wishes!

this blog entry just showed how choosing a great photographer translates to getting your story out there to the people who were never part of the wedding..i have not only a glimpse of the wedding..i can imagine the stories, and what went on from the photos;-)

. . . . .

That is what I want to achieve, Chel -- tell stories out of moments I am able to capture. :) And thank you! It means a lot coming from you because I admire your brand of photography. You are a storyteller, too. An awesome one at that. :)

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE all the photos!!! I came to a conclusion recently that wedding photography isn't for me. Long story, but will blog about it. After such experience, I also got to admire wedding photographers even more, and I am more amazed at what you do.
