Current Favorite Tea


A few days ago, I stumbled upon an article about the benefits of dandelion tea over at Dr. Oz's blog and loved what I found out. So I looked for the tea and was super thrilled to find them in one of the supermarkets near my place.

I started drinking the tea about a week ago (tastes really good!) -- a cup in the morning before cardio and another cup before I sleep at night. I am loving the results. I don't feel bloated anymore and my swelling has abated. You see, I have not been feeling so well the past weeks. Apart from the regular health issues I need to give attention to, I think one of the reasons I've been feeling off is unhealthy food choices. Last week, I decided to go back to eating healthy. The plan was not to deprive myself, but to just limit my sugar and fat intake. Also, I decided to go back to drinking fruit juices (4th photo is a cup of pomegranate juice) and tea regularly.

I am allergic to so many things and I got a bit worried I might be allergic to this wonder-herb. Thankfully, my body has no adverse reaction!
